WA whitetails

Good looking bucks, I really like the width on that buck in the 1st photo. Tough to size up the 2nd one but he looks like a nice deer. Good luck and we'll look forward to your success photos this fall. When does your season start? Here in Maine the earliest we can hunt is 9/12 in the expanded archery season.

Nice looking bucks!

I was completely unaware that WA even had whitetail.
Yet another reason I want to move there :D

The second pic buck is the bigger of the 2...not by a ton tho. I hope to have some better pics this weekend. We open Sept 1.

WA has some of the best whitetail hunting in the west. We have world class deer here. 200" bucks taken every year

Very cool!

Does your state vary on deer population?
Like east coast near ID is more whitetail and west is blacktail?

Very nice bucks shooters for sure.....so since there are two...when are we going after these bad boys.....???? just kidding good luck hope you close the deal and put them in the freezer.

Trophyhunter-You forgot about the double main beam buck in his other post.

So there will be three of us. :)

Great bucks. Looks like you do indeed have some great whitetail hunting out there!

They're both great bucks and they're growing fast. With at least a month more to go they should really fill out. Looks like its going to be a fun season for you.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-20-15 AT 06:39AM (MST)[p]It would be hard to decide which buck to take if you had a choice between that buck or double beam. I think I like this one alittle better but their both super. Keep posting your photos, I enjoy it. Hopefully you'll have a picture of yourself you can post this fall with one of those bad boys.

Both these bucks are bigger than double beam, but double beam is at another spot and I can hunt him on a ID tag

LAST EDITED ON Sep-03-15 AT 07:01AM (MST)[p]Congratulations! Great buck and nice finish to the long line of photos you've been posting. Excellent start to your fall, he'll make a great looking mount.

Way to go, fantastic buck. Always special when you watch em all summer and then tag em in the fall. Congratulations again.

thanks!

no idea why it posted 3 times! Oh I got other hunts to concentrate on. Up next is Book cliffs muzzy deer hunt, then home and WA muzzy elk then ID whitetails to try and get double beam
