Rumor has it that Non residents will get deer tags without a draw or quota? it will help to pay for parks.

Not sure but you can go to Bowsite,I have noticed the last 2 years that big name hunters and outfitters have leased up thousands of acers of farm ground ,do you think they knew this coming?

It wouldn't surprise me if they did that, they lumped in tourism with the DNR a couple years ago, maybe they need more money?

Non-residents have been buying up or leasing the best hunting areas for years out here. It isn't uncommon to see more non resident licence plates than resident when deer hunting.
