Decided to get a late muzzleloader tag and target this deer that showed up on my trail cams.

Shot this one instead . I have no idea were he came from, I've never seen him before.

Great Buck congrats! I have three pp's and I am putting in for next years late muzzleloader tag in Iowa.

You can sometimes draw a gun tag in zone 4 with no points. With 3 points I think in any zone you're a shoe in to get a tag.

I have 4 points in Iowa....

12 point great bucks you shot there. I am coming out to your great whitetail state to hunt this late muzzy season. I will be hunting around the Schaller Ia area. Cant wait for the season and hopefully real cold snowy weather.
