Good year in Missouri

My son was able to take his first deer at a friend's farm this year on the youth hunt. He made a perfect heart shot at 100 yds with my 6mm-223. I'm one proud daddy!

I was fortunate to take a nice buck on my 9th and last day to hunt right at the end of shooting hours. I was hunting heavily pressured public land and had passed on 3 small bucks earlier in the week. I also took 2 does with my bow on public land this year. What a great season!
