Got this buck in 2016. Inside spread was just over 20 inches. He only weighed 166lbs-likely ran off a bit of weight rutting but I think he was only about 3.5 years old. He had a pretty wide spread. His points are not very long and not a lot of mass but I thought he was pretty good for my area. Perhaps I should have let him grow another year or two. Funny how different he looks in the 2 photographs.

You make a good point-I do not have enough land to ensure I would ever see him again. I was pretty happy to take him and I hope is DNA is scattered about. Thanks!
