With vouchers up for sale now I have already seen some false information being posted about private land access. I seen some pronghorn tags for sale that stated they were for unit wide and the whole 7 day hunt but you only had access to the ranch for the first three days. This is false you have access the entire season you pay good money for those vouchers know your rights! The following statement is out of the brochure.
The transfer of a voucher to a hunter must include permission to access and hunt all of the registered land for which the voucher was awarded, for the entire season for which the voucher was awarded. The landowner must NOT discriminate among hunters entering the land or include restrictions other than manner of access (i.e. foot, horseback, vehicular) restrictions reasonably necessary to prevent damage to the land.
