I'm looking to camp in this unit during the the 3rd rifle. I want set up a wall tent on nf or blm land. Can a camping spot be difficult to find this season? Can snow impead access to camp spots?

I'm set up there now. A hard rain could impede access to camping spots. Snow could impede first rifle, all depends on the year and what part of the unit you're accessing. It's hailing on me as I type this.
