Hello All-

Does anyone have a Rokon Trailbreaker 2x2 that they would be willing to rent me for the 4th Season in Mid-Nov?...or do you know somebody that has one? I was thinking maybe $500 for (5) days?

I have a skinny BLM access trail on the western slope that has a nice wedge/sliver of access to a few thousand acres of BLM landlocked by private on the valley floor that I've walked up for many years and done extremely well on above average OTC bulls.

I'm actually looking to by a Rokon specifically for this spot, but if someone is willing, I would like to rent their bike and give it a try first. This will likely open additional areas that I've explored as well, but I want to see how these bikes perform before buying a $7,000 new ride.

I figure $500 may be the ticket.
Thoughts?

how about a used rokon for sale? Nothing on Denver craigslist that I can see. You think there would be piles of these things in Colorado, but maybe they haven't caught on there

I've got a good used 2007 Specialized Stumpjumper I'll sell for fairly cheap :). It is quiter than a Rokon too.

Wow, I have a specialized mountain bike, but had no idea they sell $8000 bikes!

venor, ergo sum (I hunt, therefore I am)

One thing, since they have a motor they are not legal on foot trails, maybe that's why they aren't so popular.

I assume this 'sliver' is open to motorized travel?

I've got a 2008 RoKon that I've had a couple of years I'd be willing to sell if your still looking. I live in Idaho Falls though
