For Meeker, they are predicting lots of rain and wind for Sunday and Monday, turning to snow for Tuesday. Of course, at higher elevations, who knows?

I bet over 8200 feet we get some snow this next week. Each morning I bet there will be skiff lower that melts off by about 10 am. Higher grounds will likely see 5-6 around Meeker...

It looks like the weather will start to turn cold for the 3rd season. Yeah snow is great, and I do love hunting with the white background but I think it will be a great hunt this year whether it snows or not, just as long as it stays cold.

Deer in WA have already been sniffing around and it is sunny and 60s...

Might pack light...track shoes and shorts.
