Looking for someone that has knowledge of this unit for deer etc. Please pm i have a few questions
 
I have hunted deer and elk there a lot in the past but haven't been there recently PM me your questions and maybe I can help some
 
its small and has a ranching against wildlife operator that hunts till december killing a large number of mature bucks... great habitat, with another horrible example of PPM...
PISS POOR MANAGEMENT....

SO is it even worth hunting the public land areas 3rd season deer?
 
There are some good bucks in the area, but most will be on private and just takes luck to catch a big buck traveling the public.
I think points would be more wisely used on an area with better access and opportunity to hunt..JMO
