CO Application Help

I'm a little confused trying to read up on the new application changes. I have applied only for PP for the past 5 years as a non-resident. My plan was to only get another PP this year and not hunt CO. It says my credit card will be charged if I draw a PP. What will my total cost be? Will it charge me the cost of a non-resident license or just for the PP, $3 for application, and $10 habitat stamp? A little confused on how much my credit card is going to be charged with just wanting to get a PP as a non-resident. Thank you for the help.

You will be charged $3+$10 when you apply. When the draw is concluded you will be charged the $40 preference point fee, unless you had a 2017 hunting or fishing license.

That is correct assuming you only apply for 1 species. If you apply for 2 or more, it gets more complicated
