Unpaid for tag?

As per website it looks like they will give you a certain amount of time to pay for your tag if you draw. If you do not pay for it, you loose your points and the tag. So does the tag go the alternate? or does it go to the leftover tag pool? or does it just disappear? My guess is it will be treated as a returned tag and they will use the alternate if it meets the required min number of points to draw, or put onto the leftover list? Any thoughts?
 
You are correct. 5 pps or more, it goes to next in line from the draw. Less than 5, it gets reissued and requires no pps. And some internet quickdraw does the Happy Dance.
 
Sheep, goat and moose require 3 preference points to draw, but would require more than 5 if the draw were true preference. Do they still go to next in line on those?
 
Sheep Moose and Goat always go next in line no matter what. The 5 or less applies to Elk, Deer, Lopes, bear, etc.
