Perhaps I'm not looking in the right place in the regs. Does anyone know the date when returned tags become available?

Everybody knows this exists, but most will forget by the time it happens. Eastman's, Epic, Huntin' fool, etc all did everyone a solid by publicizing this out the wazoo the last 2 years.
I hated that they went to random system so that I had to refresh the list every 30 minutes every day for months. I liked the Tuesday melee better.

Elkmo. As dry as 1977 drier then 2002 and 2012.
I have had 4 10ths measurable since April. O growth year on the winter range. Literally NO green grass in the sage.
Gunnison Basin is bad...real bad....one match away from a really big one.
