Leaving for Colorado this Friday and plan to fish. I was drawn for an elk tag/ fishing license but have not received it yet. Called the Denver office to ask what I should do if I don't receive it before I leave They told me to print off the receipt I received by email and that would serve as my fishing license until I receive my official one.
