Arizona cow elk

I moved to AZ to go to school back in July, I'm originally from California and have hunted deer for a while now. Ive never got the chance to hunt elk, so I put in for the draw. I was just wondering what you guys think the chances of drawing a 7w rifle cow elk hunt would be for a resident?

Back in 2013 the odds for the rifle cow 7w October hunt was 25 percent and the 7w December rifle hunt was 42 percent. Your odds would be different depending on how many bonus points that you have but this will give you an idea of your odds.
