Best maps for 3A-3C elk

I was told that Flatline (http://flatlinemaps.com/index.php/products/category/14-arizona-unit-maps) maps, makes the best maps for Arizona hunting units. Unfortunately, it appears they do not make one for 3A-3C.
In the past I have used mytopo.com, Natgeo maps worked great for CO, and have used the map company endorsed by HF. mytopo.com does not have public/private designated, and the other company had so many overlays it was fuzzy.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I got my map of unit 1 from flatline maps, it looks great. The same map from mytopo isnt very good but if you go to their website you can custom build a map or aerial which is pretty awesome.

Most of the pvt is along hwy 260. I can send you a care pkg but it's Google Earth stuff. I just looked and the sat imagery is from June 2014 so it's as current as you'll get anywhere. Shoot me an email if you're interested and I can let you know what I have. I can add it to the dvd I texted you about last week.

Thanks Bob, really appreciate it. You know how bad I am with the computer though. Would like to buy at least one good fold out map. I think you sent me a chip for AZ, and will try it out soon. Uh? You sent me a text? I am really bad with texts also. I think I have sent about 5 in my life. I will dig into it. You can send dvds through texts? who would a thunk it. Sorry Bob, I must frustrate the hell out of you. :)

Thanks for the note. Everyone says their maps are great, but, I see nowhere on their website where you can custom build a map. They sell certain unit maps, hats, and I think ice chests. Why does everyone sell ice chests?

You can't custom build from Flatline maps only mytopo. The Flatline map I got for unit 10 is great and I highly recommend it if they have it for your unit.

NMPaul- I used a my topo, and an Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest map...the National Forest map is cheap, covers most of 3C and is a good cross reference to the more detailed maps.

Thanks 4Blade, I like having a current forest map. It normally is the most accurate about open 2 track roads.

Mytopo.com, click on hunting maps, click on the state and area, scroll down to the fine print where it says "custom build maps". I called them and the lady there was very helpful and walked me through what I wanted. I got an aerial map which is awesome, but not cheap.

Well, things got a little complicated. Zach also won the Valle Caldera Lottery archery bull hunt at the same time.

The rich get richer lol.

That will be a fun hunt, kill a bull quick and then focus on 3a 3c. There are going to be some giants in there this year with the way the moisture has laid out.

Never killed a bull quick on a archery hunt. This would be the time to do it.
Both of these look to be epic. VC you have to do the orientations still I assume, so if we are to hunt it, it will have to be first. That is the one Zach is most excited about anyhow. He was with me on this VC hunt I had.
