Bonus point questions

So I have a couple of questions I am hoping you guys could help me with.

In a group App, does Arizona average points? If so, do they do a true average, round down or??

Do you lose your points if you dont apply for a certain number of years?

They do round up. Didn't think so tell I did some looking this year.

"Group Bonus Points occur in the Big Game Draw when 2 to 4 applicants apply on 1 hunt application. Group bonus points are calculated by adding the species bonus points, loyalty bonus point, and hunter education bonus point for each applicant on an application and dividing that total by the number of applicants. The Department shall use the average number of bonus points accumulated by the individuals in the group, rounded to the nearest whole number. If the average has decimal digits equal to or greater than .5, the total will be rounded to the next higher number otherwise it is rounded down."

"F. Except for permanent bonus points awarded for
hunter education, all of a person?s accumulated
bonus points for a genus are forfeited if:
1. The person is issued a hunt permit-tag for that
genus in a computer drawing; or
2. The person fails to submit a Hunt Permit-tag
Application Form for that genus for five consecutive
years."

So if I have 6 and my friend has one (hunter ED.) that would be Seven divided by 2= 3.5, that would be three apiece for the draw?

You would go into the draw with 4 bonus points as a group.
