I looked up the the buyer as well and saw that pastor too. I just think he has the same name. The buyer is a big guide up in Canada I think.

buyer is a broker. hunter is rick warren. he doesn't google like most people very well. he is not the pastor. buyer i'm sure chooses to stay out of lime lite and therefor he used a broker or three.
