Trying not to sound like a broken record but deer were up high and down low. Some really crazy rutting activity... anyway water was super crucial this year. Can?t say enough about the Kaibab that is a special place definitely taking the kids up there for a couple weeks next summer. Well here he is a fighter little bit torn up, one week I'll never forget.

I have been there aprox 10 times on either my hunt or a family members hunt. The kaibab plateau is quickly becoming my most favorite place on this earth. Not just for the hunting either.

My father passes away 2.5 years ago and one of his final wishes was for his ashes to be thrown from the north rim of grand canyon.

Thanks Brian! This was a special hunt this year my dad was able to come with me after beating lymphoma earlier in the year. Wasn't sure we were even gonna get there when my truck broke down on thanksgiving in Cameron. But the stars aligned and we have some great memories thanks again!

Thanks guys took him to Mount-N-View Taxidermy in Flagstaff. Did a lot of research before the hunt and hands down they have the best looking and realistic mounts I've seen. Gonna be a long 12 months but it will be worth it when I get to put him on my wall can't wait
