Here is the bull our archery hunter from California took on his hunt yesterday in Unit 7 West. Darin was hunting with Arizona Wildlife Outfitters guide Hogan Roberts and the hunt lasted four days!

This unit had a muzzleloader hunt just prior to the start of the archery hunt, so the bulls had been pursued and were wary.
Roberts noted even with them being on high alert, and wary of calls and hunter activity, they still had several close encounters.
Arizona is known for producing some large bulls, and on this archery hunt it didn't disappoint.
Congratulations to Darin and to Hogan for working as a team and putting it all together on this great Arizona bull!
