New Online Application issues

Anyone have issues with the new online application tools?

The receipts no longer show detail about what you submitted i.e. no way to confirm from the receipt what I applied for. I like have the prior format where I had confirmation of what I submitted in case of errors during the draw process or by G&F.

Also, I add my email to receipts for each of my family members as I submit them but it turns out the receipt doesn't show whose application it was. It just shows my billing name/email (me) so now I can't distinguish which receipt is for which person.

Add to that, the last one I submitted was for me. The online app reported an issue after I hit the "pay" button as if the payment didn't go through. But my credit card sent the notification for the $13 app fee. (I get instant emails on anything hitting my cards.)

The online apps used to be the fool proof way to ensure you didn't screw up the app or payment and you could easily verify it. Doesn't seem that way now.
 
Oh and I forgot to add:
For the first few where I remembered to enter my (optional) email on the billing page, I have a receipt. For the others, I did not get an email but if I want to update the credit card I need the order number from that email to do it. <I was looking to use that method as a back door to verify my app went thru.>
 
I did notice today that I can now see the apps for one of my sons and my wife are "pending" in their portal account. Nothing showing on mine.

Think I'll try re-applying and chase down the refund for the prior error after.

Took forever to get passed the busy signal on the phone and now sitting on hold forever.
 
Update: finally got through to a person at G&F.

Despite being an online app, it takes a day or so for the online app to show up on your portal. Saturday apps finally showed up this Mon afternoon. Had to go create a portal for the kids who didn't have one to verify theirs. Still can't see the order numbers to update the credit cards.

The G&F also saw the receipts all under my name not the applicants name and they weren't all time stamped (I know the order I submitted) so she had to go to each family members account and look them up separately. For the receipts I do have, I still can't tell which ones apply to which applicant and neither could she. Looks like everyones apps went through except for mine.

While on hold waiting for G&F to answer, I had no app showing on my portal so I resubmitted my app using a different credit card. It went thru just fine. When G&F finally got on phone some 10-20m later, she saw my app pop up in my account (showed up while we were talking). She indicated that the tool would not have let me apply twice so if there is any doubt about an application, just try to apply again.

I'll wait a few weeks for the smoke to clear and then go about getting G&F to apply my refund on the charge that went through for my app on Sat. that apparently didn't take.
 
Update again:
Despite what the G&F lady on the phone indicated, my daughters portal also showed no application (hers was the other one I forgot to add the optional email too). I just went back into the tool and resubmitted AND it let me. So either there are two apps (which supposedly cannot happen) or I have yet another refund pending despite the online system originally showing it went through.

Hope you all go in and verify your app shows on your portal.
 
I submitted ours last weekend and didn't have any issues. Got e-mail receipts and CC hits for the correct amounts. But I'm gonna check my portal now.
 
trying to apply tonight. Can't get a license purchased. Keeps telling me I have timed out. Is it working for everybody else?
 
I just applied for family and had no problems.

Terrible on-line application process compared to other states though. This years is even worse than previous years.
 
It was timing out on me earlier as well but is working now.

I thought Nevada had worked hard on achieving the worst tag application website.
Arizona obviously saw this as a challenge and said, "hold my beer and watch this . . . "
 
Their IT guy quit and made sure he didn't leave them any notes. This portal is a temporary fix to get thru the Elk draw.
 
Just did a bit ago and seemed to work fine. Try early when there aren't as many users.

I just did bonus point buys for both elk and pronghorn. Since I already had a portal account, it took me about 12 mins. to do both with no issues.

nope, tried both, logging in first and not logging in, both timed out, I guess all I can do is keep trying

sounds like I'm not the only one so hope I'm not just doing something wrong
 
Try clearing out your cache and history or try a different browser if you have one available.

finally called in and they sold me a license over the phone, then still wouldn't let me enter draw but kept trying and got it done after much difficulty


very good experience on phone but on line experience sucked, thanks for the input, I'm sure that one NR 23 south tag is mine
 
I tried to buy a license and apply last night several times, and got timed out every time, even when I was only in the system a minute or two.
I did apply for my son, but his license expires on 2/13/2019, tomorrow.

It is at least a 20 minute wait on the phone for customer service

Will I still need to buy a license to qualify for the draw,or is a current license during application period ok?

what number did you call? main number is busy of course.
 
I called the Yuma office and got through to a customer service person pretty quickly. Bought my license and then applied online for elk /pronghorn.
 
Looks like AZ now takes the lead for the worst online application! And how many times do they need to know my SSN!!
 
I had issues earlier, but it seems to be running better now just in case anyone is still working on it.

Won't wait this long next year!
 
My buddy was on hold for almost 2 hours.
It only took me a hour.

My Nephew got his license but could never get his apps to go through, it took me several attempts for mine to go through, I liked it the other way a lot simpler.
