Anybody got any info for the cow hunt this weekend? scouting has produced very little the last few weekends. just curious where they went from the archery seasons when they were everywhere.

If you are planning on hunting on the west and north west side of the unit, make sure you have tire chains it is suppose to rain/snow? On a side note the cows are still in the high country. Trout lakes and the forest road 137, is where they were hanging out this weekend for the deer hunt.

Also heard there was a late rut this year in 51 but I would imagine they would still be high with this lack of weather
