Sandia Hunt

Anybody hunting the Sandia Bow hunt? Some pics would be appreciated

Sandia Hunt... With any luck, I hope to have this tag this year. Any pics of the country or general comments about the Jan bow hunt?

I hunted it years ago when it was still a November bow hunt.I hunted the front face(ABQ) side. It was an interesting experience for sure, hikers/joggers everywhere, not just the trails down low.The terrain is rank, the trails had ice on them from an early snow and constant shade through the day made walking up in the mtn trails a challenge.Those big rocks don't look like much but once you get up in them , its a challenge for sure, but theres alot of deer so its stays fun and makes the challenge that much more exciting....Saw bucks every day, and if you do draw ,I'd try and be up there during the week, the weekend is a zoo on the front face....
