What is up with the proc?

I contacted the Game and Fish today to inquire about when the 2017 Big Game Regulations booklet will be available in softcopy. The answer I got was "I do not know". The hardcopy is supposed to be out by end of January. I mentioned that the website is taking application starting Wednesday 11 Jan at 10:00 MT. The person said, yes that is correct. Amazing.

Anyone know of a better timeline for the softcopy to be released?

I think they are on a 5 year time line. There is not going to be much change. A day or two is all.

I'm sure we will see the new pubs online tomorrow when the application process opens.

Maybe Rio can touch on this more.
