Recommendations for a Bird Taxidermist in NM

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good bird taxidermist here in NM, specifically for Waterfowl and Upland Game Birds? I been struggling to find one the past few years and due to this several quality birds have gone to waste. I currently have a Wood Duck up in Trinidad Colorado, but its almost been 2 yrs and they haven't even started it yet. I know they are a tremendous amount of work, but hoping to find someone local here in the state with a little better turn around time. Any advice or shops to try would be greatly appreciated!

I've seen waterfowl by "Birds by Bercier" (in ABQ) that I thought was pretty good. But the Trinidad guy is awesome, I paid for expedited service on a Mal X Pin hybrid I shot last year, and don't regret it.

Thank you sir! I've seen Birds by Bercier also but don't know anyone that actually has a mount by them. His mounts look good in pics, I've just never seen them first hand.

I should have paid for the expedited service as well. Anxious to get that bird back from Trinidad as it was my first Wood Duck. They're rare to come by down south.

Dwyane Bercier does great work. He won a 1st place in Master's division with a sandhill crane at out last state competition.

I have had Dwyane Bercier do work for me. He does excellent bird taxidermy. He has done a pintail duck and he did my daughter?s turkey for me. I seen some of his work when I took our birds to him and I have to say they all are outstanding. If I have other birds mounted I will be taking them to Dawyane Bercier.

Here are the mounts that Dwyane Bercier did for me. They turned out great. I asked him to do the turkey a little different than the usually full strut, because the turkey had just done a full strut and started walking when my daughter shot him. Dwyane did a great job, it turned out just the way we wanted. They look a lot better in person; these are just cell phone pictures and the lighting isn't the best. Hope this helps. I am very satisfied dealing with Dwyane Bercier.
