Well with this forum being dead, all the negative draw crap, and no barbary sheep being posted up, figure I finally get around and post up my January buck. Nothing to write home about but haven't dropped a buck in couple years so I'm happy with him. Good luck in the draw this year everyone

Not 17 but southwest quadrant of the state. I love the country and terrain, makes seeking up on buck's a breeze. Yeah right!
Bugle this is my 5th January buck. That's all I've ever hunted, January. I love bowhunting! Good luck this year guys. Hopefully we draw some killer tags!

Awesome man! This is my fifth straight January buck too!!! I love elk more than anything,but when January comes around it's a pretty close race!!!I think I know where yours is from ! I'll p.m. you a guess....

Archery deer was the only tag I drew last year. Was waiting for the January hunt, then hernia surgery put an end to that. The only hunt I went on was a antlerless elk with my wife in November. Hoping for better results this year.
