Good stuff! Love that hartebeest. I was fortunate to do plains game in Namibia in 2007. Hope to go back one more time!

You're welcome! I'm gonna try and get the rest of the trip posted today. I took a journal the whole trip and this write up is kind of my way on expanding on my notes so I can remember all that happened in the future looking back on it.

Just posted the rest of it!

Haha yeah I will not be getting rid of that rifle or if I do, it will be to get a different 28 nosler. I couldn't believe how effective it was on those animals. I recovered about 7 bullets that I'll be weighing and posting a detailed performance report later on how it did on each animal we took with it. Needless to say, the PH's and owner could not believe how well it did on such tough animals.

We had a blast and you couldn't ask for a more fun place to hunt. I got this hunt at the Clovis RMEF banquet. Might be worth a drive down to bid on a year out if you're interested. You'd save money most likely by doing that.
