Unit 18 Mid-November Muley Hunt

I'm sixteen years old and have never hunted unit 18 before. Does anybody have any tips on any areas to get started? I've already missed a lot of school with my elk hunt so I can't miss much more other than for the hunt itself.

Thanks for the tip; I was looking on google earth and already found some waterholes. I have Friday and Monday off so I'm planning on heading out there for those days to see if there's still water in them.

That unit used to be infamous for big deer when I was a kid.. not so much anymore..there are big deer there just few and far between.. good luck
