I'm shooting the recommended load of 4 Triple 7 pellets and supplied 250 grain barnes and getting sub moa groups. Swabbing in between shots and trigger adjustment has resulted in an accurate muzzleloader.

Putting it to use on my muzzleloader elk and ibex hunts this year.

Once the rifle is converted to a decent ignition system you can feed it stout loads of BH209 and shoot a totally sealed system. The slow twist of 1:26" limit to about 300 gr .45 caliber bullets (in sabots). I'd shoot a 275 or 300 gr Match Hunter or 310 gr APB if it stabilizes at distance.

150-170 grains by Volume (around 110-120ish gr weighed) of Black horn 209 with a good 250-300 gr bullet will get 2400-2500 fps. You have to play with it to see what combo will work best in your guns. I found Parker bullets to be most accurate but expensive. That load has stiff recoil too.
