LAST EDITED ON Sep-30-18 AT 12:51PM (MST)[p]Neurotoxins are more deadly. The really deadly snakes in Africa are Neurotoxins.
Mojave rattlers have neurotoxins. The Florida?s are on the edge of there range, I never seen one there or hybrids.
Most common are Diamondbacks and the Little Rock rattlers. I have seen a few black tails near there.
In November it's getting cool at night, mornings in the evenings so snakes don't move much. As the day warms they will come out and sun themselves on rocks. So when your climbing through rocks is when you really need to be looking for them.
I have never used snake boots there but if they are comfortable to climb that rock pile in wouldn't hurt to wear them. If they are soft soles that mountain is hard on boots.
