Late season elk tags coming

LOL! I love when the late season archery tags are coming out and G&F says ?first 24 hours of sales are for residents only.? I'm pretty sure that sale is over in 2.5 seconds. I'm not eligible for it this year but I'd like to do the GMU 37 late hunt one day. Good luck to those of you that get a tag!

ive gotten the 37 late 6 point only "fire sale" archery tag the last 3 years..tough hunt...I believe that there was only one bull killed last year....just another excuse for me to go hunting

Good luck. Seen two really big bulls in there the beginning of november. The elk are staying where youd never think they would.

I hear that! I was taken so off guard where we found the bulls last year!

Not looking for specific spots but in general what part of the unit did you see them in? because obviously 12 is a big unit. PMs welcome

me too the whole comment...for me its just "armed" camping...a place and time I can stretch my 63 yr old legs after no draws....
