Transporting deer

Been a long time since I have hunted deer in Wy. The way I read the regulations you can't transport the head or spine out of the field. Is this true or can I transport to a local processer?

Here is the subsection right out of the Regs regarding CWD and it means you can take it whole to a processor and they would be responsible to dispose of the carcass in an approved landfill:

(b) Deer, elk and moose carcasses harvested from any hunt area in Wyoming may be transported within Wyoming to a camp, a private residence for processing, a taxidermist, a processor, or a CWD
sample collection site in Wyoming, provided the head and all portions of the spinal column remain at the site of the kill or such parts are disposed of in any approved landfill in Wyoming.

*** If the animal is going to be transported out of Wyoming, then it has to be processed like (b) above and none of the brain and related material or the spinal column can be taken back to most states under their regulations.
