So I'm already planning a mule deer hunt for WY next year I am from slc so I'm a NR I have 7 points any suggestions

Unit G or H. You simply don't have enough points to draw any of the limited quota units.

I have 7 going into next year - there are a couple units you can draw as a non-res with 6 or 7 that could be OK. The unit I plan on hunting had some decent bucks taken 2015 and should produce this year.

forgive me for the sarcasm but I could not help it....In reality your in the grey area on most other units but, region G and H are good options...look on the DWR website and see what else is an option.
