The article mentioned some of my concerns about the States AND the Feds.

Until and unless things are spelled out to protect the land access and insure against the States mismanagement/land sale, I'd have to side with the Feds. But on the other hand....Federal over-reach is why Wyoming has no wolf management (sure, some will point to other specifics but ultimately the Feds are to blame for the fiasco).

I have no clue who to trust but the status quo is working pretty well right.

If Wyoming hadn't listened to all the bigshot ranchers and Ag people, the state would have had control of wolves many years ago and also wouldn't have delayed Montana and Idaho that ended up having to go it on their own to get the wolf delisted in their states. The final blow though was the Lib Judge the antis got in their hip pocket that order the USFWS to relist the wolf under the ESA in Wyoming and the Great Lakes States. I wish Congress could do what they did for the other two states and take this completely out of Judicial authority once and for all because everything involving the ESA is one big mess.

Federal regulation applies to ALL lands, no matter who manages them.
