Might be interesting to file a public info request to get a breakdown per unique ID and see what kind of coin some of these jokers are dropping.

Zero for me to.

So I have question. If a guy has drawn a mountain goat tag that is once in a lifetime in Wyoming I assume it's legal to buy goat tags in the lottery ? Im sure the answer is yes but I haven' seen or i missed it in the rules
