Region Y up in deer unit 25 Winter?

Hi all, has the winter been bad in deer unit 25? I here a lot about other areas but not this one, any help is appreciated.

Deer really don't winter in Area 25, they move off the Bighorns to lower elevations some to the west side and some to the east side. So the winter conditions in Area 25 don't tell you anything about winter survival.

The weather in that area on the east side where the Area 25 deer spend the winter has had considerable snow, but I don't think the winter deer mortalities have been totally determined as this point.

We will know what the proposed season will be as the season setting open house will be in Sheridan next Monday, March 20.
