Anyone know anything about proposed changes to acquiring leftover tags by Game and Fish..going to a drawing for leftovers as opposed to first come first served? Thanks hth

It's all right on the front page of the 2017 application booklet on the G&F website. There will be a short application period that everyone can apply for whatever is on the leftover list after the initial draw. A random draw will then be held and any tags left after that second draw will go up for sale online as has been done in the past after the one initial draw.
