Waiting is worse than torture for many people.
I'm a Taxidermist and I think half my customers are like that!
I don't like the wait either though.

Best keep busy preparing for the fall hunts and buying and organizing gear. Looking over maps and Google Earth help pass the time for me.

Good luck to all out there.
But, especially good luck to me. Anyone that knows me knows I need it!

I know I am drawing G with 'cheapie fee' so I have been up twice already hiking/scouting.

Snowline has certainly gotten higher up the mountain comparing my trip in mid-May and the trip in June (8th--12th)

Lot's of Velvet Bucks showing in June.

Next trip on 24th-August for a few days to decide my bow hunt location for September.

Fingers crossed that one of my two boys can draw a limited deer tag. We shall see tomorrow morning if they pull a rabbit out of the hat!!! Good luck to all of you.
