drew unit 30 for elk

Sorry, I don't have any advice other than don't expect many responses when you make a first post on a forum asking for help and we don't know a thing about you.

Wide open terrain. Sage and PJ canyons. Plan for lots of glassing. Roads all over. Roads suck when wet but dry out fast. Glass draws on the east side of Little Bitter Cr., , draws on south side of Miller Mnt, draws on west side of Titsworth Gap, Sage Creek and Firehole area. Each of these areas hold plenty of elk. You will have little trouble finding bulls. I would plan for a full week at a minimum and roam. Check out the entire area. Its not a big unit. Don't get too twisted up about the checkerboard area. Almost entirely Anadarko and they really do not care that you hunt there. If you bow hunt then you need to hunt it then. Get on Google Earth or the Interactive map on the G&F website and look for really green areas. Find those and you will find elk. Good luck and have fun.
