I'm heading to unit 32, was curious if Pine Mountain is about the best centralized area to base camp for a Sept elk hunt? Thanks guys!

It really all depends on where you want to focus your hunt and also what kind of transportation you have. My wife had that tag a few years back and I had my camper down there for almost four months straight! It was a blast for me not so much for her.
