Pressure from general season elk hunters

Curious how the pressure gets once the general season for elk kicks in and overlaps with a deer hunt, specifically the areas where elk starts sept 26th in western side of the state. I've hunted both deer and elk but the units were only open for one or the other.

I've not observed much difference. I used to bowhunt elk during deer rifle and the elk hunting was still good. There can be cross over, but its a different approach to hunt the two different species. Other than what comes with more of us bumbling about, I don't know that it'll make much difference for deer.
