I feel sorry for those who got drawn for a deer tag for G or H. It doesn't look good this year or the next three years. Good luck to you guys.

My junk is already packed and ready to go, G tag in hand. I'll take a bad day hunting over a good day at every day of the week. And from what hearing, there's still plenty of nice bucks to be had...

Yep, I was at home a couple days ago being a boob cause I hadn't found a beast. Now I'm in the high country soaking it up. Feels good. This is day 32 and I'd still rather be here than sitting at home wishing I were here.

Its always a privilege to hunt in this country. I expect to see a few bucks. If a bruiser is among them, all the better. If not, it'll still be a rewarding season.
