"Unit c deer"

Leaving next Friday for a week long hunt in unit c chasing deer and antelope. How are the deer numbers this year? I heard from a guy in a Facebook group today say that blue tounge killed a lot of deer in this unit. Anyone else hear or witness this. This is the first I heard about it in this unit. Also, anyone have any " starting " spots they'd like to message me? Thanks in advance.

Could have been some EHD mortality in the eastern part of Region C, but little to none in the western part of that deer region. I think most of the EHD deaths occurred in the Black Hills this year.
