Would like any information on what area I might could put in for next year to hunt mule deer. I am a non resident with 7 points. Never hunted Wyoming before but have been collecting points. Looking for 175 class buck or better ....not going for meat...Thanks for any suggestions or ideas...hope all that are hunting this year have a good hunt. Thanks, Steve

G or H is your best chance. Best limited entry units don't produce many 175+ bucks. Tall order in Wyoming right now. ??

Yeah, I don't think posting pictures to prove my point is worth the trouble and I have a bunch over 175. Last time I did that got a bunch of smart a$$ remarks. But you guys that don't live here should take pause before you give reports about Wyoming. Truth is some of the best bucks I have seen, including my own, have come from general areas, not G or H in fact.

I wish I could understand what people expect for Wyoming mule deer? Seriously all sorts of great bucks are killed in WY just have to work hard and hunt hard...
I have never pulled a limited tag for WY and in 4 tags I have killed a 194, 182 and 178 buck. The 4th tag I killed a buck that was aged as 12 plus...
Plenty of big bucks in WY. Just like anywhere else you have to work or get lucky...

I agree Wyoming has great deer. I have had many successful hunts over the years on 175+ bucks. My comment was a 175+ buck is a tall order. 4-tags and 4-bucks over 175 is awesome. Congratulations to you!
