How about a TK wildlife pimping bill?

After reading founders bill posts and seeing the hypocrisy by a fellow member I decided to go back and take a look at his original offerings.

Apparently exploiting wildlife, trading animal locations for personal gain, and unlicensed guiding of hunters is okay if it's a resident that's doing the pimping...350+ bulls, 30-50 pound lakers, 3+ pound kokanees, and the best is 180+ bucks. He'll scout, locate, pack in your gear, personally take you hunting and guide you to your ?trophy?...as long as you pay with hunts, no cash.

This member will sell anything for his own personal gain. Hell, I might work a deal out with him if he'll scout my spots, pack my camp/gear/water, and guide me to a 180+.

Here?s the links.

The hunting system is so broken, I almost want to throw in the towel. I'm sorry for the young ones..

LAST EDITED ON Dec-16-17 AT 06:42PM (MST)[p]??‍♂️. Guess one way or another the Muleys are gonna have to find a way to survive all the pressure from all types!! Outfitters, sold locations, trade info and the DIY guys!!! Run Muleys Run!!!

All he's doing is what has been going on for many years and nobody has ever seemed to have any problem with swapping a hunt until now. IMHO it's a stretch to compare being a game pimp charging people for information with a business set up on a popular website with what many are doing. In fact, I guess you can consider me a game pimp because I've met and shared hunts with several members on this and other sites and I'll go to my grave with a clear conscience and don't consider myself a game pimp. However, I haven't put out any feelers like those two links, but rather things just fell into place with people I met and became friends with because of the internet.

Going forward, I'll accept some great hunts and fishing trips too, since that changes everything. I've been wanting an Alaskan fishing trip. I think a Mexico trophy mule deer hunt would be acceptable as well. How about a good Colorado late-season hunt with an included voucher?
Send offers.

Sounds like the key to be ethical is how the balance sheet reads at the end of the year. Trade info. for hunts, use job money to buy groceries is the right way to do it. My bad, I've been trading info. for money and then paying for everything. Maybe I could avoid taxes with the trades. Hmmmmm

I'm sure glad you shared those links, it reinforces some thoughts I've held for sometime now.

Haha once again "flat"country or mister anonymous be a man if you can and pm me if you are afraid to put your name on here and I will have a conversation with you. If you can't do that then spen the time trying to grow some balls.

2 things strike me as a little odd with your post.

1 you call me TK. Hmmm most anyone that calls me that knows me personally. Maybe you don't fit that description but if you do then I even have less respect for you. Ha ask your wife or husband if you can have your balls for just a minute then you can try and have a real conversation with me.

2 no way in hell I would share a campfire with you. First off I would have to feel as though I would want you to meet my family and also break bread together. Well no way you meet that criteria. And second you would have to pull your own weight on any hunt we did together. Haha well as stated above you just don't seem to have the stones for that kind of thing!??

Haha founder seems I have truly struck a chord with you. This is the most you have ever defended yourself on this subject. Once again sell out, note that I hunt and have actually formed great relationships with the people I help and that also help me. I would call us friends and I don't through that term around loosely. There is a difference there and the fact you keep bringing it up lets me know you believe it to be true also.

Haha take flat country with you and go interview with either SY or Rob. I am sure you guys will do well together

In reading my posts above I need to clarify something. As of now I have only taken one person hunting with me so far although another group of people I have made friends with and also will be hunting with next year opened up their houses to both me and my family this year on a great family vacation! Hmmm seems weird people would do such a thing before I ever so much had at that point given them a "gps" coordinate. Oh that must be because it is far more then just pimping out deer from both of our view points. I sure can't wait till next year when we will get to hunt together and make some more great memories!
Founder what memories have you made besides cashing a check?

I work with a bunch of guys that see 350"-400" bulls all the time where there horns go way past there ass! Lmfao lots of 200" bucks also. He is one of those typical born and raised wy guys that see everything nobody else can find. Not talking about all wy guys but there are alot more than not up here! Those 350 bulls and 180 bucks are more than likely 310 bulls and 150 bucks!

One thing I learned real fast on these forums is that those that remain anonymous talk real big and act like know-it-alls. I'm not trying to get personal with anyone in particular, but those that put there names in their profiles, own up to what they say, right or wrong, and their words have more meaning and gain more respect. Plain and simple...

Haha, I've got nothing to hide from you. 2 things with your post strike me as odd...you want to know who I am so bad I'm assuming you either want me to meet you at the flag pole? Or you wanna ask me out on a date? If it's 2 I'll save you the trouble, I don't putt from the rough, so you're s.o.l. my friend, haha. My info has been posted on here more than once. Do with it as you please.

1-Nope I don't know you. I call you TK because that's why your handle is, and I'm assuming your initials are...whatever you're called I could care less.

2-That's too bad...I don't think I can go on not being being able to share a campfire with you, haha..

Topgun,
Everyone is entitled to their opinion on the matter. Mine is TK took out a classified add. Where his payment is hunting trips (not friendships) that he will illegally guide you to any wildlife that strikes your fancy. He has done exactly what founder has done, only the form of payment was different. But, it was a payment none the less. (I've made plenty of friends here and other sites as well, and not once have I offered my help or info to get something in return.). Like you I've met, developed friendships, then maybe gone on hunts and things, but it never started as, or been a proposition.

I can't stand what founder does but his point is valid. If he switches to exchanging hunts for hunts instead of cash everything will be okay? I'm sure he's already doing that, which is how he gets a tag every year. We both know people do have a problem with that. Also, people have had a problem with what TK does...just another guy manipulating the system for his benefit, at the expense of wildlife.

Founder,
Like I said in our private messages...even if I disagree with what you do, if I see you in the hills I'll shake your hand and shoot the sh!t with you. Just because I disagree, or fight the opposite fight doesn't mean i want fight you...or date you?, haha.

Jm77,

I'm not hiding (he can figure it out if he really wants), I have no idea what's in or missing from my profile or if it makes me have more meaning or respect.

And I never said I knew it all and don't recal saying I knew anything. I did state that in my opinion he at least tried to sell Wyoming?s wildlife the exact same as founder.

Anyways, thanks for what you do for Wyoming?s wildlife...you're okay in my book.

Ha don't want to fight you, as those days are long behind me. And sure don't want to date you as I am happily married... Hell I am still not even sure if you are a man or a woman, so that fact alone would keep me from thinking I might want a date!??.

One thing that seems odd to me about your crusade is this... I have never heard anything from you. I posted the things you brought up quite some time ago. Never heard anything from you or others about that about it not being the right thing to do. Now you compare that to what sell out is doing...

Hmm seems strange to me that I never heard anything from you but as you state so often that you had a huge problem with sellout and even private messaged him about it. Hmmm so when exactly did you start to have a big problem with what I have done when I called out your buddy?

And just to be clear I don't want to date you or whip your ass. I just think it is proper to not hide when calling a man out for any reason. You obviously see no problem with that. You were just raised a little different then me, not really your fault

Tell yourself whatever you need to dude. Let me help. You?re wonderful and do everything perfect. You?re not a sell out at all, only me. Trading for hunts is clearly ok, but trading for cash to pay for hunts is evil. Yep, you're something special. And you're a far better scout and hunter than I too.

There you go, now you don't have to worry about being scum or a scab like me.

It's still funny as heck.

I tell my kids, just because your dumbass little buddy jumps off a cliff, don't mean its smart to follow.

Here's an idea. Go hunt. Help out a guy if he's slid off the road. Give him a spare if he's got a flat. Tell a deer hunter what you saw when your elk hunting. Then go home. You don't need to be paid, or compensated to be a decent sportsman.

I realize that concept is fairly well dead with the modern trophy hunter. Too bad.I realize you won't be famous, gawd forbid that!

"The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun"

I don't dislike people who have different opinions or views than I. I can separate the two. Heck, the outfitter I help out in Wyoming would love for this bill to pass I'm sure. We disagree. That's that and we move on. Hell, my wife and I don't agree on everything.
I have to laugh at dudes like Mr. Hypocrisy because they grow so much hate for me because I don't view and do things as they do. People like him will try to destroy you if your views are different than theirs. It's just how some people are. It's life.
I'm pretty good at laughing them off and going about my business.
But sure, if you see me in the field, say hey. We'll talk hunting.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-16-17 AT 10:27PM (MST)[p]Haha. I'm glad we got the fighting and the dating cleared up. I guess I just got a little worried since you like talking about my balls so much. I'm happily married with a family as well so option 2 would have gotten a little weird. Option 1, I wasn?t worried about tough guy.

I never private messaged you but voiced my opinions to you on the open forums, which you did respond...we can dig those up as well if you like?

Don?t worry, founder is not my buddy, haha. I hope his new business venture gets squashed ASAP, just the same as anyone exploiting Wyoming?s wildlife for personal or financial gain...I guess we were just raised a little differently. I did however say, and I mean it, that if I met him on the hill I will offer to shake his hand, and bs about the mountains, wildlife, weather,,, I have had a problem with your personal gain propositions at the expense of wildlife from the second I read them, and I voiced my opinions then, as I am now.

Too many people are looking for a way to one up the system or skirt the legal or morals law as and boundaries ...your style, founders style, they are 1 in the same.

Like I said before I feel sorry for my kids, and others from the up and coming generations. Too many ?role models? now days only know how to pass on selfishness, exploitation, greed, jealousy,,,.

Honestly TK,
If you hadn't tried to exploit Wyoming?s wildlife like you did, I would have stood by your side against founders business. But the fact is, you tried to do the same thing he has.

Ding ding ding, hos gets it! I feel that same towards people trading off the wildlife, including the best of the best for their own greedy gain.

Help is help, and friends are friends...I'd help anyone any day of the week, and I'd never proposition or exploit my friends.

Just the way I was raised I guess.

lol......this is fricking awesome. This is exactly what I was talking about in the other thread. Too funny.

Founder, How many "Scouting" packages have you sold to date? I'll bet a steak dinner you won't answer that question. Any takers? I know of at least two bucks in spots I hunt that you have sold. One of the bucks I passed opening day that was later killed by your client.

I'd much rather have a guy swap a hunt and go with them, then a deer pimp sell GPS cords to all the big bucks, good spots he finds.
I hope the bill passes.

I doubt you passed on one of those bucks I pointed someone towards.

Haha Dry boot, of course you could never pass on such a buck he would find worthy enough to sell. He is the only one that passes on such buck don't you know that...

Also you were right he didn't even address your question.

Okay, I saw your post on the buck with the cheater that Wiley?s crew killed. He wasn?t one of the top end bucks I pointed someone towards. Different package that guy bought. It was a cool buck with a cool cheater, but not one of the top 1%.
You missed the 194 incher in that same spot though, obviously. But good on you for passing that buck. The guy hunting it had little to no mule deer hunting in his background. A trophy hunter with a few big bucks under his belt should?ve passed I believe. I'll give you a brownie badge.

I Missed the 194 incher in the same spot? Nope, I saw him and knew he was there. He was on the hit list. Problem is I had 4-5 bucks on the hitlist that were bigger. And my hunting buddy and I both killed bigger than 194. I know, terrible problem to have ehh?

Bottom line is you are screwing the other hunters that have worked hard to learn spots and find big deer, for your own selfish gain. Your actions prove you don't care about anything but yourself and filling that bank account.
The first time I realized you didn't give a damn was a few years back in H. When you hiked in and sat right next to a father and son that was already set up in the spot. After they shot/ wounded the buck you finished it off before it could die and kept it. Is that the same year you got kicked in the face by the horse? KARMA!
Anyway, I know you don't care. You will reply with the same sarcastic BS you always do. It's cool.

He doesn't want a brownie badge, but he and probably everyone else would like you to answer his question of how many packages you have sold. It should only take one or two packages at those prices you list to more than pay your scouting expenses and we already know that you sold more than two by your own statements on these MM threads!

Doesn't this post pretty much explain one of the issues? A guy with little or no mule deer hunting(which says NOT A WESTERN MOUNTAIN RESIDENT), is now up in the high country stumbling around in areas guys have spent years even decades trying to learn. Most guys don't decide "hey I want to try mulies), and strap a pack on and head out. You did make him more successful. So, you added to the crowds, something u supposedly don't like, and most likely blew it for guys who have "earned" it for years of dedication.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-17-17 AT 11:04AM (MST)[p]I'm gonna have to agree with wyobackcountry, onedryboot, hossblur and any one else that puts in the time blood sweat and effort to be successful in Wyoming high country. It's a lot of work only to find someone who has never set foot in that area and gets info on the same buck and is right there with ya. Yep, as I guess old Tristate wasn't trolling the site enough right now to get long threads going and lots of views so Founder has taken it upon himself to stir up the ##### and really get things going to keep the money rolling in, LOL. Well done indeed!

Haha you funny awesome. Mine was all legal outfitted and cost me way more $ and still did my part. I at least tried scouting and researching on my own. And shot the ram in a drainage I was in before I even went Guide route!! If it wasn?t for grizz I would have been more than happy to go solo. And now that I know what to expect when family or friends draw I'll take them if that's the area they want to hunt!! So thanks for your Alaskan input!!

Except Brian didn't start this thread, or the other one.

I started ithis one to prove a point on how greedy and selfish people are when it comes to hunting, especially big mule deer. No matter the way they do it, these types of people are all too common in life in general no days, and they are the big problem. The sad part is neither of these guys (and plenty others) will ever see any wrong in their doings and they will continue to try to manipulate people, figure out ways to bend the rules, or skirt the system, all to fatten their wallets or to brag on social media.

Thanks for keeping these two posts at the top fellas...maybe it will open some eyes.

DD, thanks buddy.

As I see it, it's those who want to stop me and outfitters who are the greedy.
The belief is that if a person lives too far away to really scout and learn that hunting area that they'll be little to no competition to those who have less obstacles (local guys or people with lots of time).

What I offer, and what outfitters offer, does level the playing field. Now a guy from a 1000 miles away also gets to have a great hunt for a big buck.

Based on time, money and where we live, we all have unique advantages and disadvantages and we should be able to use what we have to have a good hunt.

The people I help aren't lazy at all, in fact most of them put in more hunting effort than 99% of people. How many hunters really throw on a backpack and pack in 4-5 miles and 2800 vertical feet for 5 days of hunting? Calling them lazy is foolish.

That's how I see it, and I like to help a dude have a great hunt up there. And I can share my knowledge and it buys me more time to scout and hunt for myself.

I know you guys think what I do is a disservice, but only to you. It's a fantastic service to others. I don't blame those of you who dislike what I do at all. Just as you want less competition, so do I. So does about every hunter.

It doesn't matter who starts the thread. More clicks, more views. He makes a few posts and keeps em going. More $$$

Open eyes to what? Nothing ground breaking in this thread or the others. All hunters are hypocrites.

Founder you ever do the math on how much you make per view?

I hear what you're saying. I merely pointed out I started it because topguns post sounded like this was all Brian?s doing. Maybe he is dragging it out for $?..I don't really care. For the most part I stepped back from this site when Brian and TK started openly doing what they do. I do however still read but only from time to time...I happened to hit this timing just right.

You keep clicking, you keep posting, you're as guilty as anyone here.

I'm not trying to be groundbreaking. JM posted a thread about legal action being proposed to stop these sorts of scouting services, then a hypocrite started bashing Brian so I called him on his sh.t and started this thread just to merely point out another way people are taking advantage. Who knows, maybe this thread will be read by the ones proposing the bill in the other thread and maybe they'll expand their proposal, or at least see how wide the river of sh.t really is...if they already see it, don't care, then oh well.

I have done my part to keep it going. I'm glad founder makes change with every click, he should, be set up the site, he hussles for sponsors, he should get paid, no problems from me for that.

"The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun"

Same here boot I watched a member on here shoot a buck opening morning 2 years ago that founder sold! Only problem i had with it was the guy would have never been there without founder selling out and the lil ##### buck could have used 2 more years!
37205hornkiller.jpg

193-1/2 incher needed another year? Not in my world. But hey, that's my opinion and the hunter who shot him. He was obviously happy and I was happy for him. That buck was awesome! I only helped two guys that have taken top end bucks that I've pointed them towards.....193-1/2 incher on opening morning and a 194-1/2 incher on day 7.

Maybe what I find are the smaller ones up there. Sounds like you all find many giants. Pretty impressive. Good for you! I need to put in more time. You all sure are butt hurt though over me pointing dudes towards the smaller bucks.

I encourage anyone looking for me to consult them to look at photos of bucks I've found in the past, then decide if my information is worth a crap. Last thing I want is someone with unrealistic expectations. Call me and I'll give it to you straight. Or listen to people who pass on 193 incher claiming they need another two years. I won't agree with that and can't help you.
Sounds like Western Wyoming is far better than I thought. I suck!

Can?t wait to test my buck finding skills again. All these huge bucks you all speak of gets me excited. Now you got me thinking I need to invest 40 days into scouting. And I was gonna cut back this year too!! Fart...

Are you saying Founder way overestimated the score on that buck the guy paid for that you saw him kill two years ago if it's the same one he claims was 193"?

My mistake founder and topgun. I guess I said 2 years ago. I was meaning last year as in 2 seasons ago! seeing how this season is over with in my book!
37205hornkiller.jpg

I have no problem with Founder making money from this site. I have no problem with how hard Founder scouts and hunts. Hell we'd probably get along great. Founder willing to sell out all the big bucks he finds just shows he doesn't care about the deer. He's only concerned with one thing. Just like most outfitters. It's all about the money baby.

I respect him for his vast knowledge about mule deer and mule deer country. I have lost alot of it over him pimping deer for a dime!
37205hornkiller.jpg

I guess I'm one of those lazy hunters that have used Founders service. I for one am very thankful for what he provided for me and my son last year. Those who know me know that I will go anywhere, any distance, in the nastiest country you can find to be successful. I dumped a ton of points to be able to go on a great hunt with my son before he leaves on his mission. I planned several scouting trips throughout the summer with my son. That all came to a screeching halt when I found out I had cancer and a tennis ball sized tumor on my pelvis. Surgery on my hip was needed immediately one month before our hunt and then surgery again 4 days before. WY doesn't allow you to turn in your tags. About that time Founders service popped up on here and I saw it as a huge blessing. My surgeon said there was no way I was going on that hunt. And there was no way I wasn?t going. It took me 12 HOURS to hobble the 5 miles to the location Founder had sent me. We never found the buck we were there for but my son was able to kill his best buck and I went home with tag soup. I guess I was too lazy to stick it out. We had the hunt of a lifetime. I would like to thank Founder for his help.

I have no clue what you're talking about, but the buck I pointed a guy to that was killed opening morning was 193-1/2 inches. I taped it myself. Believe or not, I do not care. You can call it a 120 buck if you want. Whatever.....
It's your tale, I'm just stating facts here for those who want truth.

Given your circumstances, this is an absolutely false statement.

I called them. They would let me turn mine back in but not my son?s. That kind of defeats the purpose.

Whose saying I either missed or I was trying to scare it? Damn right I was trying to scare it with a bullet through his chest!
I Hunted that spot opening morning because it was the easiest spot for me to get in and out. Saw 16ish bucks but didn't see the big buck, or the other buck I'd of shot, so I packed out at noon and went on an elk hunt for 10 days. Two weeks later I went back up and killed a buck that was on my hit list.

Had I stayed there and hunted that buck. He'd probably be on my wall right now. Instead, I have a bigger buck on the wall. :)

So booty?

You Leave the Best Mule Deer Hunting after just a 1/2 a day to go Hunt Elk?

JUDAS!!!

The Time the Story got here booty!

They Said some Tough SOB running around in a Loin Cloth had either missed the Buck Or just Capped one off so one of Founders Clients wouldn't get the Buck!

Just what I Heard?

I know this might sound crazy to some people, but there are more important things in life than killing a big buck so I can pound on my chest and say look at me. One of those more important things happen to be going on most likely my dad's last elk hunt. It was more important to spend time with my father and make memories and help my dad be successful. I didn't care if I ate my own tag. Crazy right? Lucky for me I got the best of both worlds.

Also, whoever you are getting your information from needs to lay off the schrooms as their story is only partly correct. No shots were fired, didn't try to scare the buck off so Founders guy couldn't kill it. Hell I didn't even know Founder had sold that deer until I saw it dead on MM. The part about a crazy dude in a loin cloth might have some truth to it tho. ;)
