Going off last year's odds I can draw 59 and possibly 93. It looks like 93 has more public land and it is a little less crowded. Is 59 too crowded, also is all the private off limits and do you have to be really careful out there? It says there is no walk in area or Hunter management area in 59. Any opinions would be much appreciated from those that have had experience on these units, thanks

A lot of that land in 59 is RSGA land and is legal to hunt on. If it was any other state Im sure it would be closed to hunting haha. You cannot camp on it or have fire pits though. Most residents in the area do not know that or chose to ignore it.

Flip a coin on which is better. Both fun hunts. B

Rock Springs Grazing Association land. Yes you can camp on the BLM.

I had 59 a couple years ago. It's an awesome hunt for a nice buck. If you are caught up on a number it would be challenging. I saw over a hundred nice antelope but no real monsters. Pressure was livable and there were plenty of goats to hunt all day every day.

I've spent a bunch of time in 93 as two of my brothers live up there. I'd pick 93 if you intend to be really picky. JMHO.

I killed a really nice 13.5? buck in 59.????-SS

Unit 93

My vote goes for 93 over 59. Lots more BLM Land to hunt, & lots of antelope too. It will be a fun time hunting in '93 . Best of luck & good hunting !

Hunted Unit 93 three years ago with 6 points, and then Unit 98 the following year on the random draw. Both were good hunts with lots of accessible public land. The 93 hunt was hurt by lots of rain the entire summer and season, but still saw lots of bucks.
