However, it appears the headline differs with the start of the article in that one says he got two tags and the body says he successfully applied twice by manipulating the G&F computer system. Either way, he should get the book thrown at him and lose privileges in all the Compact states for a few years!

The SOB needs to be made an example of and I hope a lot of people that are using his service drop him such that it costs him in the pocketbook there too.
