I'm a NR and got invited to hunt this ranch as a friend of a friend for deer.

From what I've found online, it's a large partnership ranch with lots of activities, some of which include hunting.

Does anyone have any experience with this property? Good, bad, etc...

It's out of wheatland, SE part of the state. It looks more like a family getaway, horsebackriding, ATVs, hunting and fishing. Sounds like fun to me, but I'm m unsure of the hunting experience.

Hunt it late in that season, end of Oct. The big bucks get into pre rut and start really showing themselves. Lots of folks hunt it, members, but you should have some luck. It is a region tag so look elsewhere if not seeing any good ones.
An Antelope tag could be had also for that area.
Some great bucks around but be picky.

Ditto hunted area around it. Hunt it as late as possible.
