I know they need to control them because about every time I go over to Cody with my buddy when I'm out in September and October we see some nice mulie bucks well within the Cody city limits. One of the neighbors in the subdivision where my buddy is preparing to build a retirement home not too far south of the airport even saw a wolf go through the neighborhood last year.

I would think one could transplant does to a area struggling with mule deer herds but I know that the cost would be huge. I don't blame the deer coming into towm. Get away from preadtors and some good food in town.

I did hear a cop blasting his glock at a deer making horrible shots and a wounded deer running all around raised a lot of hell. I just heard that and have no facts to prove that it happened. just some gossip that went around
