Anyone have experience with Shoshone Wilderness Adventures?

I live out west and have hunted in Colorado but never Wyoming.

Some friends want to go on a guided white tail hunt near Sheridan with Shoshone outfitters.

Does anyone have any information on the outfitter or white tail hunt quality in the area?

Any information you might have is appreciated. I originally wanted to do a mule deer/antelope combo for my first trip to the state, so maybe I'll hold out for that.

I think he's just a booking agent. to get much information you need to know who the outfitter is.

I went through Jon years ago for a hunt and it was fine. but I know there have been some issues for others that warrant checking out.

I've seen some decent whitetail out of the Sheridan area, by WY standards . I wouldn't call it a trophy area.

Lot of big bucks in the Sheridan area if you have access to private land that does a good manage process. which most the outfitters have in that area. If they do public land the access is very tough and crowded. The honey holes exist. I lived in that area for 4 years.

Hunted muleys in Sheridan last year looked at some nice whitetail a few I would have used my tag on but they were on private i would say most of the bigger bucks I saw were 120-130 and the big ones were in the 140s
